Husky / Sled-dog rides
Eagle Brae can offer exclusive husky and hound sled riding trips on site at our purpose-built sled-dog track around the wildflower meadow adjacent to the log cabin village.
First of all, guests meet the dogs and learn how they should be harnessed to the rig/sled and how they can be controlled. Guests can then be taken on a guided trip around the wildflower meadow by the dogs – a truly unique experience and a great activity for the winter months.
Due to limitations of the dogs over-heating in warmer weather, this activity will normally not be available from May through to the end of August.
