Getting Here
Eagle Brae is located 13 miles west of Beauly, around 20 miles west of Inverness, and about 30 miles from Inverness Airport. Frequent trains travel to Inverness from both Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as from London, including the Caledonian Sleeper service from Euston.
Domestic airlines run regular flights to Inverness from London Gatwick, Luton, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. For guests travelling from Europe and further afield, Flybe now operates regular direct flights to Inverness from a European hub airport, Amsterdam Schiphol. There are also seasonal direct flights from other destinations such as Dusseldorf and Jersey among others.
By road you can approach from the south via Inverness or from the west via Drumnadrochit and Cannich. We have a fairly steep driveway up to the cabins so we have designed a winter parking area at the bottom should any spells of significant snowfall prevent guests from accessing the site using their own vehicle. In such an event, an Eagle Brae all-terrain vehicle will take you and your baggage up to your log home.
