Struy tweed fabric

Struy tweed fabric (sold by the metre)

This is our own estate tweed, Struy tweed, available absolutely no-where else on planet earth! Struy tweed was designed in 1934 and is currently used as the home tweed at both Struy estate and Culligran estate, both formally part of a then larger Struy estate that was split into two along the river Farrar in 1970 with Struy to the south of the river and Culligran to the north. Our Struy tweed is made for us on traditional looms on the Isle of Islay. It is a hard-wearing stalker grade tweed suitable for anything from jackets, plus-fours, trousers and hats to curtains and furniture upholstery. This is an authentic, unique and beautiful Highland estate tweed exclusively available here
