Water healing your way

So, what is water wellness all about? Also known as ‘blue mind’, water wellness is linked to the wonderfully positive influence water has on us. And this is not only from the physical wellbeing of getting active outdoors. But from a mental health point of view, water has extremely healing powers. And with a feeling of calm or peacefulness sparked when we are in or near water, we want to take you on a wellness experience with us here at Eagle Brae.
